Food & Beverage Director
- Male/ Female, 28 – 40 years old, preferably with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management
- With at least (5) five years experience in overseeing and directing all aspects of Food & Beverage operations
  of a hotel or same industry
- Can formulate & execute Food & Beverage Plan and optimize quality level of products & services
- With excellent communication, leadership & managerial skills

Executive Chef
- With a minimum of 5 years management experience in banqueting & gourmet cuisines in a 4 or 5 star
  international hotel.
- With experience in kitchen administration, budgeting, forecasting, menu planning and controlling food costs,
  spoilage & wastage.
- Keen on implementing Hygiene regulations & Sanitation standards.
- Must have the ability to train & develop team members.

Front Office Agents
- Male/ Female
- College graduate from a reputable school
- With excellent communication and leadership skills
- With excellent communication, leadership & managerial skills
- With pleasing personality, positive attitude, excellent social grace and can work under pressure
- Highly energetic and aggressive
- Knowledge in Opera/ Fidelio System is an advantage
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
