1. Duty Manager
a. Male, Must have at least three years experience in Front Office operations in a supervisory or managerial level
b. Must have the passion to provide excellent service
c. Knowledge in Opera System is an advantage
2. Front Office Agent
a. Male/ Female, College graduate from a reputable school
b. With excellent communication and leadership skills
c. Highly energetic and with excellent social grace
d. Can work well under pressure and can very well deal with different types of people
e. Knowledge in Opera/ Fidelio System is an advantage
f. Fluency in Korean Language is an advantage
3. Concierge/ Doorman
a. Male, at least 5’8 in height
b. Preferably with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management
c. A Professional Driver’s License holder with a minimum of 4 years driving experience
d. With pleasing personality and good communication skills
e. Can perform well under pressure and can very well deal with different types of people
For Bellevue Bohol (Applicants must be willing to be based in Bohol or Cebu):
1. Resident Manager
a. Must have at least 3 experience in a resort or five star hotel
2. Front Office Manager
a. Must have at least 3 years experience in the same capacity
b. With background in revenue management
3. Chief of Security
a. Must have three years experience in the same post
b. With military or police background preferred
4. Recreation Manager
a. Must have at least three years experience in a hotel or resort
b. With strong background in handling Recreations and Health Club Operations
5. Executive Housekeeper
a. Must have at least three years of experience in the same capacity
b. Must have full knowledge of Housekeeping and laundry operations
6. Executive Chef
a. Must have at least three years of experience in the same post in a resort
b. Must have formal culinary educational background with skills in both Asian and International cuisines
c. Must be HACCP practitioner with proven kitchen management style
7. Laundry Supervisor
a. Must have at least two years of experience in the same capacity
b. With strong background in handling laundry operations and equipment
8. F & B Manager
a. Must have at least three years of experience in the same capacity
b. Knowledgeable on kitchen operations preferred
9. Restaurant Managers
a. Must have at least two years experience in managing top-class restaurants.
b. Equipped with an ability to execute a Food and Beverage Plan and optimize quality levels of products and services.
c. Can design marketing plans and conduct training programs for the outlet staff.
10. Purchasing Manager
a. Must have at least three years work experience in the same capacity
b. Must have reliable work contacts in Cebu and Manila
11. Pastry Chef
a. Graduate from a reputable Culinary School
b. Must have at least three years experience in a 5 star international hotel
12. Director of Sales
a. Must have at least five years work experience in a resort
b. Must have a proven track record in sales with resort related accounts
13. Banquet Manager
a. Must have at least three years experience in the same capacity
b. With strong background in handling banquet operations
14. Marketing Assistant
a. College graduate from a reputable school with at least two years experience in the same capacity
b. Preferably with background in a hotel or resort setting
15. Training Manager
a. With at least three years experience in handling all aspects of training and development of employees in a hotel or same industry
b. With vast experience in Training Needs Analysis, Competency-Based Training Design, Module Writing, Facilitation & Training Measurement Tracking
16. Resident Doctor/On Call Nurse
a. Must be a board passer and must have a valid license
b. Must have at least 2 years experience in the same capacity
17. Chief Accountant
a. Must be a Certified Public Accountant with at least five years work experience in a resort
b. Must be familiar with all required licenses to operate
c. Must have experience in administration of accounting staff
18. Receiving Supervisor
a. Male, College graduate from a reputable school
b. Must have at least two years experience in the same capacity
c. Preferably with exposure in Food Safety and HACCP
19. Storekeeper
a. Male, College graduate from a reputable university
b. Must have at least two years experience in the same capacity
20. Head Concierge
a. Must have at least two years experience in the same capacity in a hotel or resort setting
b. A Professional Driver’s License holder with a minimum of four years driving experience
c. With strong background in handling concierge operations
21. Telephone Supervisor
a. College graduate from a reputable school
b. With strong background in handling PABX System
